Emails to the Board

The most effective emails are short and to the point; here are some examples.

To create a draft email simply click the Create This Email link below each message, add your name and account number. Your account number can be found on your Payment Coupon book, or call the office at 251.626.0788

Of course feel free to add your own text to the email but experience has shown us that long emails don’t get read thoroughly, if at all.

Feel free to send multiple emails..!

You will need to have an email account open to automatically draft the message. If it doesn’t work, simply copy the text and manually enter the address: lakeforestcc@lakeforestpoa.org

Section 4.1

Section 4.9

Section 6.12

I sent this email to the Board via the LFHOG link:

PROPOSED:Add Section 2.7. Confidentiality: Recording Devices Prohibited at Board Meetings; Violation of Rules to Publish or Release to Non-Members the Corporation’s Financial Statements, the Agenda for and Minutes of any Board Meeting, or Any Recording of a Board Meeting.

THIS PROPOSED CHANGE IS HARMFUL TO THE MEMBERS BECAUSE IT RESTRICTS OUR FREE SPEECH AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION.PLEASE RECONSIDER AND DO NOT IMPLEMENT THIS CHANGE!

To whoever is responsible for this great idea – THANK YOU for making it easier for folks to send emails to the BOD.
I have a question tho – do we just send an email as a “blanket email” to the whole BOD group….or would it be best to address each board member separately?
Thanks!
